When to book this
You are about to specify or tender masking but rooms, cores, and adjacency are not mapped. Ceiling access, landlord rules, and mixed-use adjacency are unknown until someone walks the floor. Quotes without a survey often miss cost and risk.
What happens on site
We document rooms, sensitive zones, fabric, ceiling and plenum constraints, adjacency to WC stacks, cores, and neighbouring tenants, and any existing masking or treatments. We note access, working hours, and integration touchpoints for AV, BMS, or facilities.
What you receive
A survey report and scope inputs for design: zone list, constraints, recommended delivery level guidance, and flagged risks before you commit to hardware counts or install dates. Clear handoff to speech privacy system design or install quoting.
